We look forward to welcoming you to this stunning boutique cottage on top of the Mendip Hills in Somerset. Peace & quiet, idyllic location and absolutely stunning views make this cottage unique and very special. Available for a very limited number of self-catering weeks and occasional weekends, this is an exclusive opportunity for a unique family holiday or short break.

The cottage is in a very accessible location, just 25 minutes from Bristol, 15 minutes from the beautiful Cathedral City of Wells, just 30 mins from the Heritage City of Bath, and in easy reach of Bristol International Airport.

With six bedrooms, a large spacious and light lounge with big glass doors leading out to the garden, stunning views across the Severn Estuary to the Welsh Hills, a character dining room with beamed ceiling, window seat, and other quirky features, you’ll fall in love with this gorgeous cottage.

In the perfect location to explore the best of the West Country, the cottage is situated in a small hamlet just outside the village of Blagdon, one of the loveliest villages in the Chew Valley. Blagdon’s Lake is home to world class trout fishing, and is a great spot for walks, as well as nearby Chew Valley Lake for bird watching, sailing, boating, etc. Nearby are many high quality farm shops, meat and food producers including award-winning Yeo Valley Organic, based in Blagdon.

In the heart of the Mendip Hills area of outstanding natural beauty, there are beautiful walks from the doorstep of the cottage, and Blackdown, the highest point of the Mendip Hills, provides a stunning view from the main bedrooms.
